ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Given the multi-disciplinary and cross-cutting nature of the project, a variety of stakeholders are involved in the Master Planning Process. The Master Plan Advisory Committee was formed from a group of leaders with a stake in the future of Providence and its Port. This group, composed of individuals with diverse skills and knowledge, represents diverse interests and understandings associated with the Port that can support a successful Master Plan. The Advisory Committee includes the Ward 10 and 11 City Councilors, community representatives, institutional stakeholders, and local businesses with a footprint on the port.

COMMUNITY AT LARGE
Given the goals of the project and the parameters of the City Ordinance, the engagement of the Community at Large provides opportunities for Providence residents to add feedback and insights into the process. The public meetings will be planned to provide multiple entry points and invite participation from diverse voices, including a broad representation of adjacent neighborhoods of South Providence and Washington Park.
